Johnny came out to my house ahead of schedule. He quickly assessed the issue and provided quick direct quotes on all options he had to fix it. He was friendly and fast with his work and I found the pricing to be very agreeable. His honesty and explanation of issues has earned Thompson and Thompson a repeat customer.

Appreciate the short turnaround time it took from when the issue was reported and his arrival at the house. He called prior to arrival which was important since it is a rental property and I had a nurse sleeping after her night shift. He was respectful not to wake her while he was doing repairs I appreciate the fact that I can call on Thompson & Thompson and trust them at my rental properties to have the respect for the tenants. The problem was fixed quickly, and Sharing his expertise with another problem that I had.

Tyler was helpful, efficient and taught me a lot more about my system and some actions I can take myself to ensure I get more life out of it long-term. I appreciate his patience and the service he provided. I will also say that Thompson & Thompson has admin staff, accounting staff, scheduling staff, electricians, and plumbers like Robert Goff who have consistently set the bar high with maintenance packages, larger repairs and small ones. Put them to the test! They do not disappoint.

We needed plumbing help with finishing a new garbage disposal installation. We called Thompson & Thompson and Robert arrived in less than 15 minutes.
