Fair Price, Honest work. Pressure tank burst on the bottom sometime in the late morning, Tri County had me back to 100% by 530 pm same day. Couldnt be more thrilled with the service.
GREAT Customer service. Mitch is the most patient guy, answered all my "multiple" questions. He was very nice when he finally had to explain to me that my basement lines (cast iron) had collapsed, and I would need to replace my under the house plumbing. I then met with John the owner and he is also very nice, and explained the whole process and everything went exactly as I was told. Great price! (I got a few different quotes). Extremely happy with my end result. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
They have always done great work at a fair price for us. This time around they did a smaller job that didn’t break the bank. They were friendly and professional. They never try to sell you stuff that you don’t need like some others have been known to do. Definitely my go to plumber!
Thank you to the guys for 1st assessing the pump system. Then after new well was drilled, coming back out to install water softener and repairs to water heater. Knowledgeable and helpful from the very first telephone call. It made this renovation project easier.
They were very responsive to my need for a new water heater. Pleasant experience. Now, almost 6 months later, I found out that they should have pulled a permit. I called about it and was told it would be taken care of, and it was in a matter of about 2 days. Then I called to see what I owed them. It was $100 more than what the Township told me the permit costs. When asked I was told that he had to drive all the way over here to complete the permit. Based on their address, it is maybe 12-15 miles. I asked about a discount since I was the one who called to make them aware if their "error". No go. This is the only reason I rated them as a "3". BOTTOM LINE: Make sure to ask about the permit at the time the work is done 'cause they won't remind you of the need for one. (The water heater was 34 years old and I had not had to replace it since I bought the house. Just never occurred to me that I needed a permit & inspection.)
