What an amazing experience. As soon as Scott walked through our door we knew. He was an open book. Explaining what needed to be done. The next day we had the great pleasure in meeting Damion!! He was above and beyond in his customer service as well as knowledge. We knew at all times what was going on and what to expect. Very clean professional and driven with the expertise of what he was doing. How refreshing to find a Company that is straight forward extremely fair and able to fix our issues. We had a full re pipe done. The difference is amazing. Don't hesitate to reach out and call them. Would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could. 7-24-25: Matt M. came out today to assess my leaky toilet and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and strong. He moved the heavy toilet by himself. I again recommend Totally Hooked. Jarrett was here Friday, gave me a very reasonable quote for a new water heater and garbage disposal. Devon was here today to install them both. Both men were very professional, knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions patiently. I'll recommend Totally Hooked again and again. Awesome communication from Riley on the phone too! 10/10.

Kristopher and his apprentice Micah were great! They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about their craft. They had an easy banter with each other that made the experience feel like two brothers working on the family bathroom. Very pleasant to be around. They answered my questions patiently and kindly. The job was done at a good pace and they took precautions to prevent a mess and cleaned up all materials. The plumber this morning who evaluated the problem was awesome too. 50 out of 10 stars, highly recommended and will recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

So far pretty impressed! Joe came out and looked and what work we need done. He explained what he saw and gave us financial options to complete all of our work needed! Update… the crew showed up when were told they would, did an amazing job, were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves when done! 10 out of 10 recommended these guys! Excellent job by a fantastic plumbing company. From my contact this morning at 7:15 a crew was routed to our home and completed today at 4:15! We had 2 outside spigots replaced, cleaned out our 3 sink drains (very slow draining), rebuilt our drain plugs and provided estimate to remove and replace the plumbing when our new sink arrives Collin G was an excellent technician and Tyler explained the entire process, the why and how of the job. Appreciate the extra time spent answering questions. We won’t call anyone else, we are Totally Hooked on Plumbing!! Call today
