I have nothing but the best things to say about David Gray's plumbing heating and electric work. Jacob and Harold are absolute Professionals. Great price and timeliness of service provided. Showed up when expected with an alert to notify their arrival time and good, follow up after services.

The technician did a great job under my new sink which only took 30 minutes for him to do. Attached are before and after photos. I feel the price I was charged was extreme.

The technician that came to our home, Chris, was extremely honest and knowledgeable with me. We thought we were going to need an anode rod replaced in our water heater based on a smell that we thought was coming from our water lines. Turns out the smell was coming from the Drain in our sink. They could’ve easily taken advantage and sold us a $700 job and we would’ve been none the wiser, but they were honest and forthright about the condition of our equipment and didn’t even charge for the service call! As a disabled veteran, I am thankful there are still honest companies out here, taking care of people. I will absolutely call them when I have plumbing heating or air conditioning needs in the future.

David Gray has stood by their product and installation for me on 2 occasions. Diagnosis and repair under warranty, parts and labor 100%. They also show up on time, every time, with text and email notices of pending service dates and times communicated. Additionally, they installed a temporary portable AC unit to alleviate discomfort due to health issues. Great service, friendly and professional. Thank you David Gray!

I have not had any work done with them yet. However, my meeting for the quote went amazing. The guys that set it up on the phone were great and Terrence was wonderful when he came out to the house. We will be setting up service with them and hopefully the experience will be just as great.
