We experienced a lightning strike to our house. Fortunately, the damage was minimal however, for the insurance claim (and our peace of mind) we needed an inspection of our electrical system and the lost equipment. Brian was the service technician who came out the same day we called and checked everything necessary. He also spent time educating us more about lightning and electrical currents. He provided recommendations for additional safety measures. He provided the needed information for the insurance. Our usual home service provider, who charges more, was unable to provide this service. We are very impressed with the timely and professional service from Fenwick and Brian. We now have a new home services provider.

Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. Our system wasn’t running right and when I went to remove the filter to change it, it wouldn’t come out. It was stuck as you can see it frozen over. They came out the very next day, which was fine because the air still worked, and Larry handled the whole thing from start to finish. He didn’t leave until the unit was defrosted and up and running excellent

Dustin was extremely helpful! Answered any questions I had about replacing my outlet for my dryer. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and was done in no time.
