WOW at the service and professionalism and the friendliness of every single person on this team! The lady who answered my phone call was so sweet and got only pertinent info and set me up with a technician same day - only three hours out and that’s only because he was in Levonia first! Steve, the technician, was super professional and fast to diagnose our problem. Had the part we needed and fixed is immediately! Our house was at 83 degrees and rising and this guy saved our life. Oh! And reasonably priced! Even paid less than he initial proposal. Incredible. 1000/10. Will recommend to everyone we know!
An absolutely amazing company. They’re so knowledgable ,fast, and honest. Their prices are reasonable and they will look/offer discounts for you if they can. My family is heavily involved in the housing market, and I recommended total maintenance to them. I recommend Trevor and Steve. We had almost a week of people coming to our house with zero AC and having no idea what was wrong. Trevor and Steve diagnosed and fixed the issue within hours. Trevor was amazing. He was personable and even locked the door every time he came back inside because I told him my cat has a history of escaping. This company doesn’t just make you feel like you can trust them but they treat you how they would like their family or themselves to be treated. If you’re in the baton rouge or new orleans area, I highly recommend these guys.

I was impressed with Total Maintenance HVAC service. Trevor Ragusa was sent to my house to check out my problem. I thought he was very thorough. Also, I must mention that he was very friendly and courteous. I felt like he fixed what had to be fixed . He was pretty knowledgeable and advised on upkeep of the unit but did not try to sell me on purchases and repairs that were not needed. He left me and my Fur Babies cool as a cucumber! I will definitely recommend Total Maintenance to people when they're having an a/c problem.
Excellent service.. very knowledgeable,kind and came out in a hurry. My husband had lung cancer and it was so hot and Trevor got the air running so that my husband wouldn't suffer more than he already was. Great job Trevor
