I put in a request online and immediately got a call from the dispatcher lady. She quickly got an appointment set up for an hour later. Mr. Love notified me of his imminent arrival and was very helpful. We bought our unit from Southern Air and the customer service is top notch. He got our AC issues addressed and all with no cost. He was thorough and gave us practical advice. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

We recently needed an electrician to repair a part in our meter that AEP said was our responsibility as the homeowner. We called Southern Air and found that not only was the lug broken, but we were not up to code on our meter. An extensive repair was needed. Brandon Wise came the next day to make the repairs. The temp was forecast to be 103 degrees. He worked on the meter repair for several hours. Probably the best electrician we have ever had! He did his best to only have our power off for a short time. We didn’t suffer from the heat, but I know he did. He was so pleasant, answered all of our questions and kept up informed the entire time. Could not have asked for better service. We will be a Southern Air customer from now on and we are definitely up to code now!! Thanks Brandon for your exceptional service!!

I highly recommend Southern Air . Levi Chavis was absolutely amazing he was respectful of us and our home. Levi was professional, knowledgeable and concerned about help us with opinions and solutions in providing us with the answers we needed and ways to be able to get the best deal possible. He took time with us by helping us with financing. Levi did not leave until we were absolutely satisfied. Had southern air come out today to do a maintenance checkup on our A/C unit and Tim was the service tech. Tim was very professional and friendly. Explained what had been done during the service and that everything was working properly. Would recommend .
