I hoping this review will get someone’s attention. It’s my last resort and I did not want to go this route. I’ve been very patient but I’m out of options as no one will contact me. Southern air came out and did almost 30k worth of work. The quality of the products are great. No issue there. The issue is them not finishing up the odds and ends. I had to call the office everyday for 6 straight days to finally get someone to contact me. Front desk ladies were nice, but always said, I’ll have someone give you a call. That call never happened. Finally got someone to call me after I changed my tone which I didn’t want to do. I’m a laid back person and respect others. But at some point it gets ridiculous. They had an electrician come out to finish the tankless install and Trey came to finish the end of the drain. We discovered after last nights storm he capped the drain at the front yard and now our courtyard is flooding. Called Friday and spoke to Hope and she said Trey would call me. Guess what? No call. There’s ceiling water damage from the tankless install as you can see from the pictures. Can’t get Emily on the phone to even pay our remaining bill which we were ready to do after the electrician. $8k balance we are ready to pay. Cant even get them to contact us to collect money. Also dont let them convince you to drain your water heater tanks in your grass. We were assured it wouldn’t kill the grass. Now I have a huge dead spot that’s been there for a month now. I’ll gladly change this review as I don’t write them often but I’m finally out of options. For those who use southern air. Please, I beg you, do not let them leave a job 95% complete.

From the moment I made the call, it was professionalism. Lisa was able to answer all my questions and schedule me an appointment as soon as possible. Tim was on time. Showed great professionalism and understanding of his craft. He was able to simply explain, causing and effect of the problem and positioned multiple solutions and the benefits of them. He was easy to talk to and had great approachability. I will be using the service in the future.

We had an issue with our AC unit, I called Southern Air on 8/13/25 and they had Mr Darrius Thomas come out the next day. Mr Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem and took care of it quickly. I highly recommend Southern Air for your AC and Heating Needs. They are a great Company.

Keagan was our tech from Southern Air Heating and Cooling. He was very informative, took so much time to explain all parts and educate my husband and I on his finding along with pictures and videos. I was so happy with how thorough he was. When your air goes out, you are on edge but he made sure to get us back up and running while keeping us calm. Hope to get him next time!
