Do not use!!! Was called to replace an A/C install new unit which was broken . The brought 2 small window unit one of which was also broken . Left my house dirty and did not clean up behind themselves.

The crew showed up and was professional and on time. Very courteous and polite. Trusted them right away. They worked until it was finished! A great job! Thanks to Justin, Kevin, Brett, Robb and Katie! For getting this scheduled and completed so quickly!

We have been on the maintenance plan for 7 years. My AC was working fine, tech came out to service system and did not work when tech left. Another tech came out the next day to see the issue and determined it was a bad capacitor. AccuTemp billed me $110 for the dispatch issue that they caused. The tech even looked me in the eyes and said that I would not be billed for the dispatch. After 7 years of paying these guys monthly, they won’t get another dime from me.

Probably the most incompetent AC company I’ve ever encountered. Did not service our brand new AC properly, never caught moisture/humidity problems in the AC even when I called having concerns of a musty odor. When I saw signs of mold in my register boxes, Technicians continuously denied it and said it was fine and that they would spray something up there. Now my kids are sicks. I’m sick. We’re out of our house and I’m going to come out of pocket tens of thousands of dollars to fix an issue that is not our fault. Never use this company!
