Keefe's Air Conditioning Heating Electrical Generator & Plumbing

I made a call trying to find someone to come out same day. I figure it would be hard since I was calling at 2pm. These guys were out within a couple hours to see what was wrong with my system. Then they had me installed with a new unit the very next morning. I have no complaints

My parents paid a significant amount to have a brand new air conditioner installed by this company on Thursday. By Friday, our roof was already leaking. We chose this company based on their reputation, positive reviews, and our consultation with Edward—who was friendly, patient, and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the experience since installation has been very disappointing and has left us with serious buyers' remorse. While Josh, the technician, was polite and professional during the installation, the outcome has been unacceptable. A brand new AC unit should not cause issues like this less than 24 hours after being installed. This points to either poor workmanship or a failure to properly assess the impact of the installation on the roof. We expect this to be addressed immediately and hope the company stands by the quality they promote. As of now, we are extremely frustrated and regret choosing this company.

Probably some of the best customer service I’d ever had. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. My technician was also very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I had called other AC people prior to this company and they all seemed like they almost didn't want to come out, there prices were either double or triple of Keefe’s, and they had no availability. Keefe’s came out the same day I called them. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore. This was the best experience I had with any company period in a while. I will definitely be recommending Keefe’s to other people,

I would like to let everyone know that we have been very PLEASED and HAPPY with KEEFE’S Company. All EMPLOYEES have been very PROFESSIONAL with their WORK. We are very THANKFUL and BLESS for them ALL. Especially our consultant Julio who has been on TIME since the beginning of the job. Julio is very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE , and FRIENDLY . He’s DEFINITELY is a great REPRESENTATIVE for KEEFE’S. Also, the ladies in the Office are very NICE and PROFESSIONAL and they are always there when you needed them. The INSTALLATION staff is outstanding with their work. We would RECOMMEND KEEFE’S for anyone who is looking forward to having a total AC unit installed inside and outside. KEEFE’S COMPANY is DEFINITELY the BEST!!!! Thanks for a JOB well DONE!!!!!

I would highly recommend Keefe's services to my family and friends. Everyone that I came in contact with starting with Yasmin down to the supervisor then the installers Kevin and Dave were all so professional, yet welcoming and friendly at the same time. Dave and Kevin worked all day .... hours upon hours without taking a break to get the job done. I appreciate their dedication and determination to finish before nightfall. Not knowing much about the installation process myself, they were eager to address my questions and concerns with confidence and knowledge.I rate the entire process from beginning to end a 10 out of 10.
