I can’t say enough good things about Vasile who put in my furnace and heat pump. From start to finish, he worked nonstop with incredible focus and professionalism. The attention to detail really stood out—he made sure everything was done right, cleaned up thoroughly, and didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and pride in work these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality service!

We selected the premier package to replace our entire home, residential HVAC system. The job took nearly the entire workday to complete, however, there was a complete team working to get the installation finished. There were no delays or situations where there was a lack of proper equipment. All of the installers were courteous, professional, and were able to answer every single question I had.

My overall satisfaction was 100 percent on performance and work ethic and completion They arrived promptly and continued their work in a professional manner. They stayed within the scheduled time frame. They were all friendly and they completed their work within the scheduled time frame. I have to say Michael did a super great job explaining the whole process from start to completion. The whole team was always friendly and willing to answer my questions. The completed installation more than met my expectations in terms of quality and functionality when they left my home they left the whole work area CLEAN. I had Tipping Hat out to my place for help with an attic fan switch and wiring some floodlights. At that time I had some issues with the tech. Well my attic fan had stopped working and so I hesitantly called them back for warranty work. Justin B was my tech this time and I couldn't be more pleased! He was respectful and non-condescending. He let me watch his work and explained what he was doing and why. He even took a look at some of my other projects and issues and was more than willing to give me some helpful tips! So Justin saved the reputation of Tipping Hat, in my eyes. Well done!

We were very pleased with the huge job Tipping Hat did for us. We did have a bit of sticker shock. Once the job was done we understood the cost. The boiler system they put in for us was very extensive, and completed with high end equipment and great craftsmanship . They were professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!
