Recently used your company for drain work and am not happy with the cost. At first the quote was $5295 , which I could live with. After they tore up half the floor they said too continue it would be an additional 5295. Told him that wasn’t right, double the price. Came back with $4285, which is still wrong. What do I do but to continue since my floor was all torn up. Your prices are way out of line. Must have seen me coming! I have a retired plumber friend and he responded with — could have done the whole house for that. So just to let you know, I will not recommend u to anyone , nor will I ever use u again!

Just had my Water heater installed today with these guy's. One of their head technician's Cameron D. And his co worker sorry I forgot is name... anyways, they were very professional and kind. They did all the work they did, and also cleaned after. My husband told them he'd clean after. But they insisted, we are very happy for the service. From now on, we're calling Plumbline for all our plumbing services. Very satisfied customer. Thanks again guy's:)

Needed to get an estimate to repair an upstairs shower valve (repaired or replaced) and a downstairs shower faucet leak fixed. When I called to schedule the estimate, Plumbline was able to schedule it for the same day as my call. I also requested the previous technician (Mike Q.) that had performed multiple plumbing repairs and and updates for us last year, if he was available. Mike was available and arrived on time for the estimate. He is very knowledgeable, professional and explains everything in details that make the issues and solutions easy to understand. He inspected both showers and provided estimates and solutions based the issues he identified (rebuild or replace the faucets), the outcome was dependant on what was found when they were taken apart. Once the estimates were reviewed and agreed to, he went to work that afternoon and completed the items needed. Based on the condition of the faucets he was able to rebuild the faucets and replace the transfer valve in each shower. His work is top notch, he explained everything in detail provided written details and photos in his email once the work was complete. I highly recommend Mike Q. and Plumbline for plumbing work based on my experiences with them.

Great service from this company… at a price. They took care of my issue the same day. Excellent service all the way. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and got it done promptly. I have peace of mind knowing everyone is now done right. I’ll use them again. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality job done right the first time.

Corey was awesome! He was thorough in checking my plumbing issues and patient with all of my questions.
