Golden West Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical

I'm pleased to share my appreciation and satisfaction with the exceptional experience we had working with Golden West. No one chooses to have a significant (and costly) sewer line issue, but unfortunately that's how it goes and thankfully Golden West was there to help us resolve at every step of the way. From their rapid response to getting the team on site within an hour when water started coming up through the basement drains and other unpleasant places, to their work helping to pull/re-install the furnace and water-heater all in one day so the mitigation and cleaning teams could work quickly, (all to ensure we didn't have to spend a night without running water or heat), to the professionalism of their entire office and crews when they spent 2 full-days onsite jack-hammering out and replacing that old cast-iron sewer line both inside and out, they were simply the best. Additional appreciation for Josh who was in constant contact with us throughout the process, always communicating what our options were and what to expect, as well as making sure we experienced the least amount of disturbance as possible. Lou who provided some sage advice from the beginning, Manny for his same-day work on the furnace and water-heater, and finally Mike, who helped us understand costs and provided us options and breakdowns at every step. There were another half-dozen+ individuals who also deserve our thanks as well, treating our house with the care and concern as if it was their own, (they know who they are - the front-landscaping looks better now after they dug it up and replaced it then before!). High praise for Golden West, the work they performed and the manner with which it was delivered was second to none, although I hope we don't have to meet again, if (and when) we do, I'm confident that it will be the only call I'll need to make to resolve.

Long time customer - first time reviewer here. Andy did a great job communicating about the A/C unit and furnace. He communicated various options and price levels for work to be performed. His work was awesome and will save me a lot of headaches in the future. Definitely recommend Andy as your tech and using Golden West!!!

Where do I start? He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Honestly I felt like family and he was making sure I was taken care of. He never blamed the people that caused my issue but made sure that I knew he was not going to cut any corners so that I would not have issues in the future. He was kind to me and frankly it was fun to have him here. He’s someone I would recommend to everyone I know. Truly a great person and someone I would feel comfortable with in the homes of my family and friends. You all are Blessed to have him on your team. Good job!

Andy was great. Got to our house quickly on a day-of appointment to repair our AC ahead of a heat wave. Cleaned up our unit, recommended a preventative measure and our house is cool again. Thank you Andy!

Golden West is highly recommended! Andy Heinz came out to fix my broken AC this summer, and he is truly an expert in his field. He assessed my situation, going deeper than other companies I had bid, and found a solution that saved me a lot of money. Other companies quickly told me my AC couldn't be repaired, but needed replaced. Andy did an excellent job of explaining what was wrong and what his fix would be. I will definitely call on Golden West in the future!
