Cameron Ivy was the technician that came out to our house and evaluated our very horrible plumbing issues. He was very quick to come up with a plan, financing was a breeze and the crew started and completed this very big job the next day. We had our entire sewer system, including all new pipes and some water lines 100% replaced. The crew members Charles, Payton, Koy, and Taylor were absolutely amazing and very hard working. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to make sure they did everything possible to make us comfortable and explain everything they were doing. I highly recommend them for your plumbing, AC, or electrical needs. Top notch service by far! Beyond 5 star rating!

Southern Air was amazing!! Our AC went out overnight and they were here within a few hours to look at it. Our technicians Stevie & Tyler went above and beyond both were super professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get our new unit installed that day and stayed until they know it was running smoothly. This was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them to others in the future!! They also offer financing if needed.

Cameron, the plumbing technician, who worked on my garage disposal this morning was a joy to deal with as he speedily solved the problem. His politeness as well as his professionalism was so refreshing. He actually went beyond my expectations in describing my unit and pointing out potential problems to keep watch for. You see my house was built in 1960 to perfection. So you can bet I’ll call again if the need arises, and I will recommend his (him) services to family and friends in need of plumbing repairs. I have a contract with Tims but had to move up my service appt unexpectedly for electrical concerns and they accommodated with no problems. Carson, my service tech, was great. He was so patient with me as I attempted to explain our issues using sound effects and hand gestures…. He listened and never made me feel ridiculous. He did a thorough inspection and even called for a back up opinion to make sure he hadn’t missed anything before giving me the report (which I completely respect!). Great experience

Absolutely outstanding service! Cain and the crew of 2 removed and replaced a nightmare FP panel and relocated the service drop/meter base in 8 hours flat!! No power for breakfast and sleeping in the cool ac; flawless!
