We were referred to Theodore & Sons Plumbing by a friend and are so glad we called. Damian quickly found the source of a leak in our upstairs bathroom and replaced the old pipes that were causing trouble. He explained everything in simple terms and was really professional. He treated our home with care and was patient and friendly with our kids. In addition to fixing the drain, Damian also swapped out our leaking outdoor faucet and installed a shut-off valve for it, which is great for those hot Texas days. The pricing was fair and the work was top-notch. We’ll definitely call them for any future plumbing needs and happily recommend them to friends and family.

I wanted to share my experience with this plumbing company’s customer service, even though I didn’t actually need them to do any repairs in the end. Our main water line going into the house broke over the weekend, and I was having a tough time reaching my home warranty people. I decided to call this plumbing company on a Monday afternoon, just before they were about to close, to see if they could help with this kind of plumbing emergency. I spoke with a friendly lady on the phone who took my information and called me back later that same day, even after regular business hours. She listened carefully as I explained the issue and offered to send someone out the next day to check out the leak and talk through the repair options and pricing. Soon after, I finally managed to get in touch with my warranty company, and they agreed to cover the repair. I called the plumbing company back to let them know, and this time I spoke with Nicholas, who was very courteous and told me they would cancel the appointment unless I decided to call them back. Even though I didn’t end up using their plumbing services this time, I was really impressed by how responsive and professional everyone was. If I ever need a plumber in the future, they will definitely be my first call.
