Overall great experience and my tech, Joe, was super helpful and answer all of my questions throughout so I could understand what was going on and what I needed to do later (prevention). A little pricey compared to hiring some independent plumbers in the area but the trade-off is that you can pretty much guarantee it will get done right. So a little less risk. Joe was 10/10

Our water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Mr. Rooter at 8:00 am and spoke with Pearl, who was very kind. By 9:30 am, Gilbert from their company had already arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained things extremely well. Everything was completed by 3:15 pm. the same day. What was a headache one day before was completely resolved in less than 24 hours later with this company. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Mr. Rooter graciously accommodated a Sunday project. I am so impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. Joshua explained everything in regular people language. This is the 3rd time Mr Rooter and Joshua help me out and I have no reason to call anyone else. I am very grateful.

Gilberto and Joshua were awesome! Super friendly, professional, and efficient. Explains the process before starting, showed us video as they checked the system, and then followed up with a detailed explanation of findings, and gave us an estimate for the issues found. Would definitely recommend!
