Roto-Rooter was amazing! I put in for someone to come look at a clog from 10-2 and I got a call almost immediately seeing if someone could come sooner. Victor was professional and knowledgeable. He had to call in another tech (Gustavo) , and they were both very willing to answer any and all questions I had, as well as explaining everything to me! Will definitely use them again and suggest them to others.

Following this, the plumbing team, consisting of Oscar and Frank, promptly identified and addressed the leak within the wall. Subsequently, the water restoration crew initiated the drying process for the carpet and prepared for subsequent home repairs. Toilet was clogged so Vince came out and fixed it in 30 minutes yay!! He was very nice and left area clean. Also told me of 6 month guarantee on call and work. Very quick service same day and fixed! There personnel are very friendly, thorough and demonstrate their expertise in the work they provide. They provide you with explanation and cost for the work they are doing.Today, I had Ezekiel and Vince do some plumbing work at my home. They did an excellent job.
