First time customer. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. Mitch is very friendly and keeps up communication well. He replied quickly to provide a quote for a new shower valve, ordered the part, and came quickly to fix it. He was super quick, thorough, and no-nonsense. His prices are decent and lower than a lot of the other places I contacted. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing issues.

The Mitch is the guy to troubleshoot the tankless water heater. He is honest and straight forward. He came and completed the job in reasonable time. He knew what was the issue and did deep cleaning of the unit. His quote was better than most of the licensed plumbers in Sacramento.

Mitch removed a questionable, old-school, gas water heater from inside my home and replaced it with a new Navien gas tankless recirculating water heater on the outside of my home. I also had him do a partial, but nearly complete repipe under the house because of galvanized pipe way past its prime. I did my due diligence as best I could and read up a lot on aspects of the project (brands, pipe type, location, common problems, etc.) and got a few quotes and had lots of questions for everyone. Mitch stood out because he had all the skills (and more) for every aspect of the job himself (including electrical license for electrical work), he was super friendly and helpful- taking time to answer all my many questions. He also had valuable suggestions on solutions for this project (and beyond). In my experience I saw that Mitch has a really great work ethic, extensive experience, demonstrated continued learning, he takes pride in his work, he follows through, he’s super knowledgeable and just a really nice, pleasant, upbeat and smart guy. The company is named appropriately. End result is I’m 100% happy. My hot water is so fantastically quick. My plumbing is functioning way better. It’s the best experience I have had hiring someone for a big home project so far. I’m only a little conflicted letting people know how awesome he is because folks will surely steal him.
