The Plumbing Authority

The folks at Plumbing Authority were quick, thorough, friendly, and professional when replacing our sewage and water lines. Ray and Josh were great about communicating with me throughout the process (we had to sacrifice a few raspberry bushes and disassemble the fence to get the excavator in). Work like this isn’t cheap, but it comes with peace of mind that it’s been done very well, to code, and won’t need to be done again for a very long time.

My outdoor spigot was connected through a fixture in my garage. Whenever I turned the water on in my garage, it leaked. I needed it fixed fast because I turned on the connection in the garage today and when I turned it off, the leak did not stop! Plumbing Authority and Jake Newman were professional, thorough, reasonable, and fast!! The price for getting service the same day was a pleasant surprise to me! Would highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience with The Plumbing Authority. Jake came out on a Thursday to assess an issue we had with our hot water; he was able to resolve the problem and gave us all the options (necessary, better, best) to move forward without pressure and within our budget. By Monday, Rio and Jason installed a new water heater and water softening system! They all did great work!

We had back ups in all showers and toilets upstairs, so I called as soon as they opened. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and was very transparent on what to expect to get someone out to help. I had a call from within 30 minutes and he was the one who came out to our house. Simply put, he was fantastic. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We had everything back running smoothly in a matter of 20 minutes. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Authority to ANYONE in the Knoxville area! I will absolutely be calling them back if I ever have issues again.
