Be careful with this company. Our bathroom backed up, and I called for help. Trisha quoted $800–$900 for hydro jetting. I agreed out of urgency. While I was at work, she came and claimed to have cleared the line, but it clogged again shortly after. She then said we needed a new exterior clean-out, 9 feet deep, involving concrete removal—for $7,500. No written estimate or email was ever sent, despite her saying she would. Thankfully, I called another plumber for a second opinion. He inspected the site carefully and fixed the problem correctly the same day—for only $329.45. We don't believe we should pay Trisha $800 for working on the wrong line. She clearly didn’t understand the layout, and her communication was unreliable—she didn’t call or email when promised. Very disappointing experience.
Second update March 7: I’ve received a refund and have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. All of the following up (more than 3 weeks) to reach a resolution was stressful, but I am OK with how things have turned out now. ———————— Update March 7 2025: Yesterday Trisha apologized and sent me an estimate for repair work, but no sewer scope video to confirm the conditions described. She also offered me a refund but my bank doesn’t do Zelle. I sent her my info for two other money transfer services and said that if she’d prefer to send me a check instead, that would work. But haven’t actually received the actual scope video or a refund yet. ———————— Original review: Unfortunately we didn’t get what we paid for. We paid for a scope report or our sewer and drainage. Trisha’s visit went well and we wrote a check with the understanding that the report would be emailed to us. It’s been more than three weeks and she hasn’t sent the report despite me following up multiple times. She deposited our check already though. I have asked for the report, or a refund if she won’t be sending the report, but I’ve received neither. Will update my review if a resolution is reached.
Be careful you get everything you need from her before you pay! We hired Trish to reline our ancient clay sewer pipe that’s been backing up frequently into our basement. Her team got it done quickly, ended up fixing part of our gutter drainage as well, and we haven’t had any problems so far. She was communicative and great to work with during the project. However, we ended on a bit of an unfortunate note - as soon as we gave her the check, she disappeared. I never got a final invoice or any proof of inspection. It’s been two months with many reminders and she’s told me she’ll send the documents, but never has. I’d like to believe she did a good job but I have no idea. I’m trying to get reimbursed for shared costs from my neighbor, but it’s difficult without any documented proof of the work.
Our sewer collapsed and backed up into our driveway. I talked to several contractors on how to fix the problem; Trisha stood out as both very knowledgeable and pragmatic. She had a team out that day to restore service. She took the time to explain what caused the failure and various options for repairing the issue and recommended additional options to avoid some other problem spots in our 100 year old concrete pipes. I felt that her prices were more than fair given the amount of work. Her team also restored the whole area as it was before the fix. I'll be recommending her to my friends, great contractor to work with. Hopefully I don't need more sewer work in the future, but I'll know who to call if I do.
WOW !! wow! wow!!! Trisha was amazing! Totally knows what she is doing! She hydro jetted the side sewer here (with a camera) and cleared with line quickly, effectively and at a fair price. Reliable, competent, honest ( and a very nice person). I will be recommending her.
