The Happy Plumber

Dropped a crystal vase in our hallway bathroom vanity, and sink. The crew sent out was fabulous. They came right over, and removed the broken sink. The replacement sink was far better that what we had. This was the best service we could ever expect. I had to leave for 2 hours while they were working, and never felt awkward, or had any worry. These guys make it so easy, with a fair price considering the issues they came upon. We will only be calling The Happy Plumber when we need help. Thanks for the great service !!!!!

Had a great experience with David and his apprentice Levi. They clearly communicated eta, were prompt, courteous, friendly and clean. David seemed very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose problem, thoroughly explain why it happened and explain how to fix it to me and his apprentice. Even with leaving to get a necessary part it only took around 1.5 total time. Price was competitively low and I definitely recommend the happy plumber and would use again.

I can't say enough about Jason! He is not just a highly knowledgeable, certified plumber & restoration technician, he is also the provider of excellent customer service, timely communication and a thorough education on the "ins & outs" of the job he is estimating. Jason took the time to make sure thst I fully understood my issue and all of my options and even educated me on the insurance claim process. I will always include his company in my listing of vendors for restoration or plumbing needs.

Jason and his team is one of the most professional and friendly plumbing companies in Hampton Roads. Very reliable, reasonable and consistent. Very rare to find the whole package in companies now a days. Can't recommend better.
