RS Andrews of Tidewater

If I could give RS Andrews less stars I would. I initially requested service on my AC unit because it was leaking. I was sent a technician that had no experience working with my unit. I was then sent someone who insisted that my unit was too old to fix and I needed a new unit. I agreed to have it replaced. The very day the unit was replaced I was asked to send money right away for the completion of the project. 2 days later the new unit was leaking, just as the old was doing. ( I felt conned) A technician came to fix my brand new unit and in the process broke my sink top in the bathroom. Months went by to get my sink top replace. All the while, I was harassed to pay the final payment. I informed RS Andrews that I would not pay until service and repairs were complete. The saga continues. My sink top was replaced incorrectly and the ceiling access is on the floor of my bathroom and now RS Andrews is threatening, if the bill is not paid, they will take " action." I have never been treated so poorly by a company. Potential buyers beware. This company cares about the money not service.

Recently had a brand new a/c unit installed and have issues with the install. And after several phone calls no one has reached out to remedy the situation. There is damage to the newly installed unit and I can not get the “install team manager” to call me back after speaking with multiple representatives and assured I would receive a call. They also installed a replacement thermostat after us requesting to not install it as we had current thermostat that did not need replacement. Our initial meeting with the sale representative was great and he was very knowledgeable. The install technicians were also great. I understand things happen but after spending several thousand dollars on a new unit for it to have damage? This is not acceptable. Still waiting on a “install team manager” to call me back to offer a solution to our concerns.

The whole team was courteous and professional. Answering any questions asked. Kept work areas picked up as they went. Very attentive to not letting my 2 cats out of the house. Thank you so much. It was a relief getting rid of a system from April 3,1985.. yes.. that old!

Just got my new HVAC system installed! Chris Kitchin, the comfort advisor explained the whole process to me on Sunday, 3/23...contract signed and system installed the next day. Their crew Key and Scot, were friendly, courteous and mindful of my condo as they placed floor coverings to protect the stairs and floors. The ac unit was in the attic, so imagine their hard work! They worked so hard to get my new system installed in 5 hrs. Their electricians, whose names I don't remember were great too. What a company to work with! Hoping to get them do the same on another property in the near future. I highly recommend RS Andrews Co. They cleaned after themselves, too!

Dylan and Thomas were amazing. They ripped out the old 2-ton unit and in with the new 2.5-ton unit in just 10 hours. These guys were so into it that they even neglected themselves of lunch. I wish they had eaten something but it was 100% their choice. I tip my hat to these distinguished gentlemen. RS Andrew's of Tidewater is the way to go for any heating and cooling problems. THANK YOU FOR A COOL AND COMFORTABLE HOME.
