The plumbers were on time; they inspected the area and explained the procedure and cost. They went to Home Depot ( additional fee ) to pick up the unit, a new filter and the salt. They quickly returned and in only a few hours they had my new water softener installed and the old one packed up and gone. They explained how it worked and the controls. They explained how to change the filter. They left the work area clean and neat. Everything was quick and easy. Great job. Great Plumbing Company. ( I even liked their colorful truck ).

I have only spoke to them on the phone. Their dispatch, I believe her name was Kim. Was very polite. Listen to what I asked got me in touch with. I believe the owner or someone that valued. The company like an owner. I don't remember his name, but the gentleman called me back fairly quick. And took the time to listen to the questions that I was asking. And has agreed to come out in the near future to do a quote for me. And let me know what it is. I need to get done I will be calling them back as soon as I'm available to.
