Our GOAT was Joseph Bates. Very professional, and knowledgeable with all the experience to answer all my questions. He resolved all issues I was having with a green tint in water and set me up with the correct equipment for my home. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were happy. Natalie came and installed our gas glass top cooktop. She was extremely thorough, detailed oriented and the had right kind of perfectionist. We love our home and appreciate that she treated our home with so much care.

Kevin and his helper Wish from The GOAT Plumbing Services were fantastic! 🐐 They replaced my damaged & low pressure half bath faucet and fixed my kitchen sink garbage disposal, and everything works perfectly. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Both were professional, friendly, and respectful of my home, and they left the work area spotless when they were done. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how quickly they got everything up and running so that I wasn’t late to the school pick-up line. From my first call requesting a service call to our Technician the customer service at The GOAT Plumbing is superb. They kept in contact with me, with updates regarding my technician’s arrival and even a picture and short bio about him. I especially liked this and felt very comfortable when he arrived. Our tech Kevin Cross was very friendly, knowledgeable a true GOAT. It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Our maintenance call turned into an urgent service call once he assessed the equipment. Fortunately, Kevin was able to replace our water heater the same day; this was great! Otherwise I would’ve had to take time off another day for installation and waiting may have turned into an emergency. I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I’ve worked with.
