The Aussie Plumber

Was needing the assistance of a plumber to check on several issues in our home. Main issue was low cold water flow on our kitchen faucet. Checked Google reviews and came across The Aussie Plumber. All recent reviews were extremely satisfied with their work. Scheduled service with the company and the scheduled Max Medley as the technician to review our issues. Max listened to me explain all our issues and he began troubleshooting. Instead of just determining the issue was at the faucet, he began checking the path all the way back to our water softener. What he showed me was the resin on the interior of our current water softener was degrading and causing the issue with “clogging” the cold water on kitchen faucet. He proceeded to check every other water supplied faucet, toilet (showed me clumps of resin in bottom of tank) and shower head. Good news was that he was able to clear the clog in kitchen faucet. Bad news was that whoever installed our water softener for the previous owner, it was installed incorrectly and never was working. His recommendation was that since water softener was having issues with tank, to replace with new unit and properly install and fix several issues of the previous installation. Max did outstanding work, kept me informed the entire time and ensured he tested everything once his work was complete. Aussie did a big job for us this spring, replacing the sewer lines under our house. A few days ago we experienced another clog and called them immediately. Sasha at the office was so nice and attentive to our scheduling needs. Joe and Cameron worked together to fix our problem so quickly, kindly, and professionally. I am so thankful for their services- happy to have them in the neighborhood!

Cody is an amazing human! I had no idea of the scope of the job I had created for him when I dropped a tool down the sewer line. He arrived quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done. He tried some less invasive options to retrieve the tool, but the sewer line needed to be opened. Cody was extremely careful to protect the patio area as he removed pavers and dug a very deep hole to access the water line. It was a difficult job that he handled with professionalism and accuracy. I would not hesitate to call the Aussie Plumber for any plumbing job needed.. The price was fair; the amount of work was staggering.

Max was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us multiple options of how we could solve our issue. He fixed all of the issues we were having and was extremely professional. We have used The Aussie Plumber twice now and were very satisfied both times.

Aussie Plumber is a great service provider. Max did a great job repairing our water heater. He went above and beyond in communicating the issue and how he was going to repair it. He offered some preventative maintenance at a good price so that we could avoid some very costly repairs down the road. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber and especially Max.
