I had the honor of having Jeff Richards come in and install my new sink, faucet , and garbage disposal! He was very pleasant to work with and came over to help with some pipe issues I had as well. He was very professional and definitely knows his stuff !! I would recommend Jeff for any repairs. Pricing was very fair and the whole company as a whole has been wonderful .

My experience with Tennessee Standard was exceptional. Richard provided the first portion of my service and was just wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand my issues, explaining several options to best fit my need and budget without pressure. Ian and Robert completed the second and much larger portion of my job and they were both fantastic. Professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. They ensured that everything was installed and running correctly and finally, made sure that I knew how to operate and maintain my new plumbing items (water heater, whole house filter, and reverse osmosis). Absolutely top notch. I’ve recommend to my entire neighborhood. I’m enthusiastic about doing business with this company again! Thank you so much!

Super helpful all around! The customer service team was very courteous. Chris did a great job assessing our main line leak and explaining everything to me. Damian and his partner also did a great job replacing our pipe. The turnaround was unbelievably quick too, I was impressed. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Tennessee Standard Plumbing and Drain exceeded my expectations. I chose this company because of the positive reviews. I had water dripping constantly from a shower head, loose bathroom faucets and toilet handles, and a tub faucet handle that was unattached. Tennessee Standard has excellent communication. I received a text message that the technician would contact me before arriving. They provided his name and photo. Robert Mason arrived on time and was professional, highly skilled, friendly, and he made all the repairs in a timely manner. He was very thorough, and he explained all the work, took pictures, and went over repair details. Tennessee Standard is a top-notch company to work with! We will definitely be using them again in the future for all our plumbing needs.
