Had a leaky tub faucet and a faucet handle that wouldn't completely turn off. Tackett & Son came out, diagnosed the issue and realized it was a proprietary assembly that would require going underneath the tub to fix. They came back a few days later, brought a new Delta faucet and were able to cut into the drywall behind the tub, replace the faucet and drain stopper, then patch the wall up with an access panel - all in about 2 hours. Great people, great service. Highly recommended!

Goodbye pruney fingers! Justin did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher. As I am a long term renter at my current home, he gave me the option to hardwire or set up it up so I can easily disconnect when I am ready to buy a house. Some places were not easy to get to but he worked it all out and got me setup with no hassle or mess! He also hooked up an outside faucet so I can use a water hose more easily (previously was running through a window and hooking to kitchen sink). Very impressed with this company. I moved to a house and had a toilet that would continually clog. The first time it happened, I googled a plumber and went with the first option that came up. They came out and unclogged the toilet and charged a ridiculous amount for the work. Over the next 6 months, the same toilet clogged 2 more times. I called the same large, chain plumbing company and they told me that the reason it was clogging was because my sewage line had a lip on it going to the main sewage line and they needed to dig up my front yard to correct it. That sounded weird to me because I only had one toilet clogging and it was my only issue in the entire house. So, I called Tackett and Son for a second opinion the next time it clogged. When Joey came and pulled the toilet off the floor, he said he had never seen anything like it before in his 20+ years experience. My toilet wasn't connected to the sewage line at all. There was a gap that was causing my issues because toilet paper was getting caught on the pipe going down that the toilet is supposed to be connected to. He had to pour concrete and put a new connection for my toilet. Luckily, I didn't pay over a thousand dollars to have my front yard ripped up for a new sewer line (that still wouldn't have fix my problem). I'm glad to say, I haven't had a clogged toilet since. We've called Tackett and Son to remove a shower and put in a new one and replace a vanity since then. It looks great (I've included a picture of that job)! Also, they came and replaced our water heater and had it finished in less than one hour. I've learned my lesson in googling for home services and going with the paid ad option at the top.

Contacted Joe about putting in some gas lines in our home - came out, gave us a fair estimate and we were on the schedule. Did the work on the agreed date. Joe and Cameron were very professional, pleasant and did the highest quality work. Very comfortable having them in our home. Great value as well - a fair price for a quality job. These guys are our plumbers from now on. Very highly recommended.
