T. W. Stanley & Son Well Pump & Plumbing Repair

I had an emergency where my water completely stopped flowing from all my taps at 8 pm at night. A friend recommended that I call T.W. Stanley. I cannot say enough about this company and the kind gentleman who helped me over the phone! Even though it was late, he walked me through multiple different tests to help determine whether the issue was with my well or other plumbing systems in my home. He was extremely patient and thorough. He was ultimately able to help me solve the problem over the phone. It was an incredible relief to have the water working again! I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a well issue. These folks were very kind and the service they provided was truly excellent. Thank you so much!!

We called them and when they arrived they were able to figure it out and already had parts to make repairs. It was a pretty big job but they had everything in the truck. They set about working very quickly and even added an inline filter to our water. My husband and I were highly impressed. There were three men here and they were all very kind and professional. They gave us a 2 yr warranty on LABOR and 7 years on our new tank. We are very happy to have called a family owned business. Thank you so much!!

CalledT. W. Stanley & Son Well Pump & Plumbing Repair Repair at 7:53 on a Saturday morning. They said would be here at 11. Showed up at 11 and pulled over 425’ of pipe out of well. The pump had gone bad. They were done with everything by 1:00pm. There were great to work with. I would recommend them if you need any work done. Left area just like it was before they got here.

T.W. Stanley & Sons saved the day today. I had a total water outage from my well and made the mistake of calling a different company that I won't name. Long story short, the other company replaced all of my well hardware and then told me my well was dry and I needed a new well drilled. Needless to say, that's a stressful thing to hear. I decided to get a second opinion and went with T.W. based off of their reviews. I called them last night after hours and the owner spent around an hour on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot the problem. They came out today and quickly diagnosed the actual issue, which was a leak in the pipe going from the well to my house, and had it fixed within a few hours. Honesty and integrity can be hard to come by these days, so I am glad to give my full recommendation to this company. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, and overall my experience with T.W. Stanley & Sons was outstanding.

I was enjoying coffee on a Saturday morning only moments later to discover that the water in the kitchen sink went from flowing, to dripping, then stopped! After contacting our local plumber, who also is a gem, found out it was the well pump. Buzz kill Saturday morning. Anyhow, the plumber hooked me up with Mr. Stanley and he and his crew arrived within 30 minutes. Will have to say here for the unfortunate experience, Mr. Stanley and team went right to work, installed the new pump, warranted their work and product and water was back in business in time for lunch! Couldn't recommend them more!!!!
