Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air installed a new heat pump and gas furnace for us. I first met with Alan (manager) and he was very professional, personable and easy to work with. He provided very competitive pricing and services. Reuben, Miguel, Jacob (Skip) and Andy (manager) did an excellent job of installing all of the equipment and they were very professional and fun to work with. Everything is working great and we have cooler and filtered air. As part of the membership, we received a free plumbing inspection with some great advice. We highly recommend Swan for plumbing heating and air conditioning.

Excellent customer service! I did not have a problem booking an appointment . Good price and no surprise cost. They give a comprehensive report of what was done with pictures and explanation. Zach was respectful, patient and answered a lot of my questions and his recommendations made sense and did not hard sell me anything. He also went to replace a part that looks like a lousy connected wire. Ran to Home Depot to get it at no charge at all. I would definitely call them back again for my next service!

Zach Freeman scheduled for our service 8-7-25. He arrived early for our appointment which was great. He checked our air and Furnace and cleaned our air conditioner. He took off the top and sides and cleaned it Thoroughly. He was very good about explaining everything that was checked. We would request for him next time

We had Sage over today to do our annual A/C maintenance and Bryce was here to inspect our plumbing and drain the water heater. As we have come to expect with all of the Swan technicians Sage and Bryce were knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of our property. They do a very thorough inspection of everything and after going over the inspection with us they also send a detailed report for us to review. We have been using Swan for the last six years and have only had positive experiences with them.

Rafael was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly respectful, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He explained everything he was doing and why, which helped me feel informed and confident in the process. His work on my AC unit was efficient and thorough. I was so impressed with his professionalism and the quality of service that I signed up for Swan’s membership on the spot. Highly recommend!
