I originally gave a five star review at the time of service for a discount; however it didn't feel like 5 star service. They were quick to come out & we were on a deadline but the overall service was more expensive that expected & other comparable companies would charge.

I am very disappointed with this company and am leaving a review so that other consumers may make an informed choice. They initially quoted me $40 to come take a look at a ceiling leak. Upon arrival they quoted an additional $489 to determine the source of the leak. This amounted to them spending 5 minutes cutting a large hole in my ceiling and looking with a flashlight. They then said it would be an additional $500 to pull up the toilet to see if that was what was leaking, not including fixing anything or putting it back. At this point, I sent them away. Be aware that they are very pricy and will charge for every little thing. When I called the company to discuss the bill vs. the 5 minutes of work that was completed, they never called me back.

Mariah was excellent, would highly recommend. She took out the old water heater and installed the new one with ease. The added code updates made it a bit challenging, but everything looks great. A plumber you can trust.

I had Bjorn & Juan replace a shower drain and also install a failed water regulator in my home today. There were quite a few challenges with the original install. They did a great job of dealing with all the road blocks and got it all done in one day. Very satisfied with their work. Jim McMullen
