Great process from initial contact to quote to financing to install. There was a bit of confusion in communicating, because of how busy they are, but resolved and handled well. The only company who recommended heat pump that is highly efficient, quiet, and triggers rebates from Duke Power and federal tax credit. Ian, who did the quote and installers -- Tito, Roberto, and Alex were outstanding. Ian even brought us a temp solution for AC since lead time was 2-3 weeks. Again, no one else offered that. They also included a whole-house surge protector. Highly recommend.

Our AC unit stopped cooling on one of the worst weekends possible. I had scheduled an appointment with another company we had used in the past but after reading recent reviews and posts, I changed to Sutton Brothers. My sister had her AC and heating replaced by Sutton Brothers and was very happy. Daniel, the technician, arrived earlier than our scheduled time which was much appreciated as the temperature in our house had reached 89°. He was very friendly and courteous. He got right to work and replaced the part needed as it was on his work van. Sutton Brothers is a very professional company. I feel that I can trust them. I highly recommend.

From start to finish, our experience with Sutton Brothers was absolutely fantastic! From Matt who came out to quote our new unit, to all the people at the office, to Tito and all of the install crew; they were all exceptionally professional and helpful. They were also extremely friendly and treated you like family. We had worked with three other companies for quotes on a new unit, but their lack of attention to detail and service before us even thinking of making a purchase was enough to turn us away. True story! My water heater broke down on a Saturday morning—of all times, it had to be when the weekend was just starting! He recommended excavating the area to locate the root cause—thankfully, we followed his advice. Upon digging, the team discovered that tree roots had infiltrated the drainage line and extended into the foundation of the house—an issue we never would have uncovered otherwise. On Thursday morning, Anthony, Leroy, and Paul returned to complete the repair. They efficiently excavated, removed the roots, and thoroughly checked the line all the way to the road, confirming it was clear. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we now have peace of mind knowing our drainage system is functioning properly.
