Very friendly, and great customer service. Our pump went out on our well. He came out the same day we called to give us an estimate. Also, got our water running again in no time. After they were finished with the job they showed us pictures and videos. Then they described in detail what they fix and how it was done. Very good communication. We appreciate you. Thank you. I recently had Carolina Plumbing come out to fix a leak in my water heater, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Francisco, the technician, did an excellent job with the installation. The entire process was quick and efficient, which was a huge relief.

Francisco took the time to educate me on the items he would be installing and explained the layout of the new piping. His thoroughness and professionalism were evident throughout the entire visit. I felt confident in the work being done and appreciated the clear communication.

I awoke to water under my hardwoods, leaking from my 16 year old water heater yesterday. I tried to get someone to come out ASAP but to no avail. I was recommended to Carolina Plumbing & Remodeling. I am so grateful to Chris as he was able to come out, survey, quote and install a new water heater in just a few hours. The customer service was outstanding! Chris was professional , knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. They are also very reasonably priced. I told Chris that I had been ripped off by a contractor who was to redo my bathrooms. He informed me that he also does remodeling.This company will be my new go to for any plumbing services I may need in the future. I am looking forward to having him remodel my bathrooms in the future!!!

I generally don’t leave reviews for things but these guys were awesome. Super quick response times from the beginning and reasonable estimates that weren’t over-inflated. The nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Professional and very knowledgeable on a lot of different things, and even showed me how to light the pilot on the new water heater in case I ever had to. Great experience, quality workmanship, and I’ll be using them again in the future. Thanks!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company! I first called them out for a couple drain cleanings I needed for my rental home, and then ended up needing an entire water heater replacement in my main home. From the very first point of contact for an estimate, to the job completion, they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Amanda was courteous and so kind, the owner Chris called me within just a few minutes of my quote request and fit me into his schedule within 24 hours. Him and Frank showed up right on time and made me feel so comfortable with how thoroughly they explained everything, but also took time to listen and answer any questions I had. They went over the options and worked with me to find a suitable solution that fit within my budget and timeline. They completed the work within the same week, and Chris has since called me twice to follow up and make sure I was completely satisfied. It's not fun to run into plumbing needs that are impossible to plan ahead for, but it's nice to still have a good local company that I now know I can rely on and trust! Will be using again and recommending!
