Austin,the service technician, arrived on time and recently completed toilet repair in our home. He was courteous and very thorough. He made the repair and explained to my husband what he did and how to prevent the problem from recurring in the future. We will always call Martin Bradley for our plumbling needs in the future. Outstanding personnel.

So so happy with the service I received from Martin Bradley Plumbing after another plumbing service came out and quoted us almost double, they were able to take care of replacing our sewer ejector pump and basin and fixing the cracked pipe going through our outside wall. They were fast, professional and took care of us the same day, even stayed late to make sure we had water that day. Trevor and his crew are AMAZING, great people!!

Sean and the team from Martin Bradley worked miracles on my project. Other plumbers had said some things I wanted weren't possible, and these guys just made it happen. They were all personable, professional, and extremely capable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and to get my OK before moving forward when there were questions. These guys are the best.

We called at 9pm Monday night to see about getting a tech out to repair our toilet and shower backup, and a live person answered immediately, sympathized with our issue, and when I said we didn’t need anyone to come then, promised a call at 8 in the morning to get us on the schedule for Tuesday. Sure enough, Angela called at 8am and said she could get someone out by 9. Trevor showed up on time and he and his partner checked out everything thoroughly, figured out the problem, then got busy. Two solid hours of work later, they had us cleaned out and running perfectly. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient, and they took great pains to protect our floors. I will definitely use them again!! Additional comment: I had to call the company to have them come back for another issue. Even though it was after 5, I received the best of care from Angela who made sure to get a tech to us by 6pm. Austin D was fantastic and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Excellent service all around!

Haven't purchased services from Martin Bradley Plumbing yet, but had them quote some work. From the first interaction until they finalized everything, it has been nothing but professional and courteous. I will update my post if we move forward with the work. Update: we decided to go with Martin Bradley for our shower replacement. They did an amazing job and made sure everything was installed correctly, the area was cleaned up, and were very professional through the whole process. They even took care of some not so major issues they noticed during the process. Overall, I would highly recommend them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
