We used Superior Plumbing for a big job. My salon needed plumbing moved concrete cut and salon sinks installed. I hesitated for years due to the cost and downtime involved. When I was finally ready to do this I couldn’t get anyone to come back with an estimate. My client recommended Spencer’s company as her kid was interning there. Once the estimate came in we committed to this project fearfully. I have the worst luck with contractors… to my surprise this was the easiest project I’ve done. They actually showed up when they said they would. The price remained what was quoted. We are very happy with the job! I have since used them for another plumbing issue at my rental house and the same thing. The guy showed up early! Wow and he communicated the situation to me as it went. Just had my pipes lined the last 3 days. The team was super professional, respectful, and did a quality job. Pricing for this work is high, but not as high a ripping up & replacing my driveway and slab of the house so I consider it a great investment. The whole process start to finish took 3 - 8 hours days. On my neighbor’s recommendation, I hired Superior Plumbing to re-line my 52-year old galvanized steel sewage pipes running underneath my home’s concrete slab and tiled floors. I dealt with Cody as my sales guy and project manager. His team, headed by Larry, were prompt, professional , and proficient. I had a few problem areas show up during the process, and these guys remained cool, calm, and flexible in handling everything. Most of the work was done from the roof, in the front yard, and in the bathrooms. However, they wound up having to remove floor tiles and cut through concrete to dig out my pipes in three areas. At the end of the day, no matter how many side issues cropped up, the team left me with at least one bathroom and the use of my kitchen. I was very impressed. In other hands, I would have been totally freaked out, but I trusted Superior Plumbing to ensure I was able to function with minimal inconvenience each day. They saw the project through to the very end, including bringing in specialists as needed. Saved me tens of thousands from the Roto Rooter and other estimates! Impressive. Efficient.
