Called and scheduled maintenance on my unit that also was having a hard time keeping up. My technician showed up not just on time, but early. He was very friendly and professional. He completed the maintenance and diagnosed my issue pretty quickly and made sure to explain it all to me very well. Definitely recommend Smoak’s for your home!

A couple months after Smoak's installed a bypass damper and re-insulated our ductwork, I noticed some large condensation spots forming on our ceiling. That same day, a technician determined it was due to an installation mistake. They apologized, and immediately fixed the issue gratis. While my wife and I are impressed with how responsive the Smoak's team is, we value their ability to stand behind their service even more.
