The office staff was friendly and responsive, and my service technician, Sean, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and repaired a leaking sink in my home, all with professionalism and a great attitude. The price quoted was fair and the payment process simple and straightforward. Richard came in to help us replace a bathroom light fixture that fell off the wall in our rental. He was incredibly professional, very kind and easy to talk to, got the job done right and didn’t leave any kind of mess behind. Plus-he’s an animal lover and did well with our pets! Will definitely use him again 10/10

Dennis gave us several options on the work we were requesting to have done. He explained things clearly, and we were able to choose the right plan for us, and our budget. Craig is the one who did the carpentry work for us, and Richard did the electrical work that was needed. All three were on time, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job! Very satisfied customer here! Highly recommend Rapid Repairs to anyone that needs a job to be done the right way!

Be careful. The quote was a little high (which I only found out later), and while the employees on the phone are friendly and the work seems competent, both technicians, though clearly knowledgeable, spent more time trying to up sell my wife on more services they conveniently spotted around my house and push a membership program with a monthly cost “in case something happens” than the actual work I requested. They were so busy trying to fish for more business in fact, that they neglected to put the cover back on my electrical panel all together. Rapid Repairs, as a practice, I might suggest completing a task, and establishing some trust of service before expecting a lifetime commitment. Sadly, I will not be recommending or using this business again.
