Damien, Tony J and Corey did a great job removing old and installing new ductwork in this heat. It took 3 days but in these conditions I don’t blame them. 3 days of them sweating their butts off to make sure cool air is pouring into the house I thank you 3 for all your hard.

Our A/C stopped working on a Sunday and Cole G. came out to inspect the issue. He did not have the needed part at the time, so he returned the following Tuesday to complete the repair. Each time he provided a clear and thorough explanation of the work needed, and he gave us recommendations to think about for the future. He was courteous, friendly, and helpful. We highly recommend!

On 5/19/25, Cole Baldini and Cole Gagne came out to do an inspection after an AC line freeze over the weekend. Upon inspection, we decided to hire Pardee to replace our HVAC units due to a coil leak and an older, not properly functioning AC blower. Damien, Savion, and Corey were our installing technicians on 5/20/25. They were polite and respected my personal belongings and home. They did a good job with the removal of the old systems, installing the new ones, taking the time to show us how everything worked on the thermostats and they left my yard and driveway clean from the debris. They also delivered a day earlier than scheduled. With all that being said, since the installation it has been like pulling teeth with Mr. Baldini. We have had to contact him several times. He has been polite however, we feel that he has not provided enough effort in answering our questions. We had an issue where the installers forgot to put on the cover to the motherboard box in the attic, which left exposed wires. When reaching out to Mr. Baldini concerning this issue, he tried to brush it off like the cover wasn’t necessary to be on it. For safety concerns, I expressed I wanted the cover to be put on the box. He stated he would have someone call us in two days time and those days came and went with no calls, no answers. My husband then called the company to speak to a supervisor who said she would contact Mr. Baldini after we called to follow up and got directed to his voicemail. Again, no call back from Mr. Baldini or Pardee. On 5/31/25, my husband called Pardee again and we were scheduled with a tech named Doug to come out to look at the box in the attic. My husband and Doug went into the attic and my husband found the cover to the box, lying feet away from the motherboard. The original techs that installed the HVAC, neglected to put it on when completing the job. It took Doug less than two minutes to pop the cover on, so it wouldn’t have taken much time or effort of the installation techs to do that in completing the service. In our personal opinion, we are disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through with Mr. Baldini as a whole. It should not take multiple phone calls and jumping through hoops to get our questions and concerns addressed.

We’ve used Pardee at my job for years. They’ve always done good work and have been dependable. Jon and Marty came out today to do our maintenance and they both went above and beyond! They adjusted the vent in my office so now I don’t feel like I’m sitting in freezer. Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Pardee thanks to Cole and Cole who came out to service our AC. They were professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knew their stuff. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and got everything up and running smoothly. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and even gave us some helpful tips for keeping our system in great shape moving forward. It’s such a relief to have cool air again—and even better to know it was fixed by people who genuinely take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
