It has been 48 hours since our new Daikin FIT was installed and it is night and day how incredible this system is. Trey and Spencer were the installers and they did such a terrific job. They communicated with me through the entire experience keeping me posted on what they were doing next. It was SO incredibly hot in the attic and outside I felt so bad for them. But they never complained and worked the entire day! The warranty was unmatched compared to other quotes I received and I’m very thankful I chose Holy City to handle my install!!!

Holy City is the best company I’ve ever dealt with!!! They not only came out and did a perfect job installing our new home AC/Heat, they fixed a huge mess that another local company left everywhere putting a mini-split in! They are so friendly and everyone that has come out has been amazing. Chris was here today, and he is amazing! He looked at a few of the issues that still remain from “the other company” to insure that I knew exactly what that company needed to do to repair our home after they tore our home apart! I trust Holy City 1000% percent!!!

I contacted Holy City when my AC stopped working and they had someone come out to diagnose the issue within 24 hours. Wonderful customer service and clear communication. Very responsive! The technician Jaired was great! He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing.
