I absolutely cannot say enough about this business!! We are renovating our house and I've had them out for both plumbing and electrical. Dustin is by FAR the best electrician I have ever had!! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a way of explaining the items that need to be done and will always be straight with you on what you really need and what other things you can do just for now. He is extremely professional, personable, and is always looking to help up pull off our vision with our house. I will NEVER use anyone else. We've had Brandon and Daniel out as well for our plumbing needs. They always call before they show up and are never late. We live near New Tazewell and it's hard to find reliable people. I promise you, if you've made it this far in my review you DO NOT have to keep looking for other companies! Search ends here... call them!

Reached out to Shaun on a late Saturday night with plumbing leak in a rental cabin. Shaun immediately replied to my text - was willing to get someone out right away. A gentleman named Luis went out to fix the issue - communicated when on the way, when he identified the problem and after the issue was completely resolved. Luis worked to resolve the issue without having to create construction damage - making an extra effort to find the best solution without tremendous added cost. Absolutely exceptional experience and it's easy to see why SMK plumbing has such great reviews!

This is an excellent company for plumbing work. I had a clog and a couple of leaks. They came the same day and took care of my problem. Justin was the technician and he was excellent. He was very courteous and explained exactly where the clog was in the drain line and also repaired the leaks. I would absolutely recommend this company.

SMK Plumbing did an excellent job wiring both our mini split and hot tub. They were professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and their pricing was very fair. It’s hard to find trades that are this reliable and easy to work with—highly recommend!

Daniel was fantastic! He came on two Saturdays for water heater issues. He was quick, thorough, and left my garage tidy. I highly recommend Daniel for all plumbing needs!
