Simba Plumbing LLC

Last Wednesday, I had a surface-level gas leak. SW Gas shut off my gas, but determined it to be simple enough to replace a portion of pipe coming out of the ground. Sometimes these repairs require city inspection and permits, but SW Gas said just have a plumber come out and replace the small portion of corroded pipe. Then they'd come back out and restore service. The kid from Simba who showed up acted annoyed to be here. He looked at the gas line that SW Gas flagged, and acted like it was going to be an overwhelming project, ripping up concrete and replacing the entire gas line all the way to the street. He said it would be a major project. He didn't even bother to dig in the area that SW Gas flagged, to see how deep the corrosion goes. Long story short, the kid took some pictures and said they would get back to me the next morning. They never got back to me the next morning, or day, or week. That same day that Simba was supposed to "get back to me," I had another plumber come out. He dug up the area a little bit and determined the same thing SW Gas did. The gas line was rusting badly right below the surface. Everything else looked perfect, and he fixed it the next morning. Just needed to replace 18 inches of pipe, give it an air test, and good to go. It took him less than 90 minutes. SW Gas came back out a few days later, inspected the repairs, and turned the gas back on. This was a simple repair that cost me $525 parts and labor. The dude from Simba blew me away with his incompetence.

I’ve had Simba plumbing out for several different things and they’ve always done an awesome job. Special shout out to Travis who’s been so helpful, professional and kind while competing work that another plumber told me couldn’t be done. This business is talented and fair and I never feel sold on things I don’t need.

These guys are excellent! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly - they want to solve the problem. My situation was pretty complicated. I had someone else out the day before and he basically gave up when it wasn't simple. The guy from Simba was intelligent and also didn't seem like the money was the priority. He made me feel like solving my problem was the priority. He went above and beyond and the price was very reasonable. I actually felt it was low. I will definitely use them again.

Water pressure for my kitchen faucet was low. Simba Plumbing did a great job at determining the issue and fixed it. Service was great, fast, and great pricing. Will recommend to family and friends.

Travis from Simba Plumbing fixed the hose leak under my kitchen sink in an hour. I was very pleased with his quick response to fixing this issue and he worked fast. He was also friendly and knowledgeable as to what needed to be replaced.
