Phenomenal! I had a different company I’ve used before completely drop the ball. Other company was called 6 days ago, forgot about their appointment, spent 3 minutes looking at things and said “we’ll get you an estimate.” Day goes by and I call them and no progress update. I give up and call Severson. Came out same day and completed repairs.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jacob today! He was so friendly and took the time to listen to our concerns and problems. After a recent power outage, we didn’t have water to many of our fixtures and were in desperate need of a shower! We were so grateful that they were able to get us on the schedule the same day; even arriving just two hours after we first called, earlier than expected! He fixed everything and did a thorough job making sure things were working properly. He was so helpful and patient, providing us with some information on how to avoid the same issues with our well next time the power goes out. We’re due with a baby any day now and this stressful water situation was made so much better with the quick and friendly service we received.

Great service! Had some sort of backup that clogged one of my bathroom’s shower drain and toilet. Excellent response for the next day, and quick diagnosis and solution. Severson does incredible work. They strive for perfection, big job or small. Technician RJ was a huge help, very nice, extremely knowledgeable. They knew exactly what was wrong and spared no time finding a solution. Would recommend.
