Needed a new hot waterheater installed. Called Deschutes Plumbing and they came right out. Quoted me a great price and I said do it. About a week later they sent Roger out to install it. He knocked it out in the morning. Took care of some old plumbing work that needed fix without hesitation. Turned into a little bigger job than anticipated. Thanks again Roger. You were running all morning.

My technicians arrived on time and efficiently got to work. The 50 gallon water tank did not fit under the shelves in the mud room where my old tank sat. So either shelves needed to be removed or the tank sat up next to the shelves which prevented full access through the door into the kitchen. When I communicated my frustration and dislike my lead technician called the office. There was an alternative a shorter rounder tank. I asked if it would be the same price. He said, honestly I don’t know. I am a 77year old widow who felt trapped. I decided it was necessary and approved the change. They left and returned within the hour and installed the new tank that fit under the shelves and provided full access to the kitchen. Deschutes Plumbing upheld the original bid. I owed nothing extra. I am very happy with the install and the integrity of the Deschutes Plumbing Company.

Really pleased with the work Jake did! Had a 25 year old water heater replaced with a new one, as well as repair a small water leak in the crawl space for a home we recently purchased. Work was clean and everything looked good! Thank you!

I have just ordered what I wanted. The job won't be done till January. Andy showed me my options and I picked what I wanted. They are converting my tub to a shower and installing a new vanity I ordered. They were reasonably priced and have excellent ratings. I am so looking forward to my new shower. Update: the shower is wonderful. Today I had a new water heater installed. Roger came out and measured to make sure of what he needed. Explained what he was doing. Very professional and I was happy to have him here.
