Mike D was an excellent technician. He provided ample notice of his arrival and offered quality service with a smile. He replaced our 10 year old AC unit’s capacitor, took photos of his work, and recommendations for how to maintain our unit to ensure it continues running smoothly for years to come. Mike showed us where our dog was peeing on the coils and encouraged us to prevent further corrosion. He was friendly with our two boys and dog, and saved us an unbearable evening by resolving our AC failure same-day! Thanks Mike, see you next time!

We just had a maintenance on plumbing, heating, cooling, and some electrical work done with this team and they were awesome to work with. They really went above and beyond to give great service, Leon who checked on our heating and cooling went above and beyond when he replaced the air filter even cleaning the vent on the outside because I told him I don't have a ladder to clean it on my own, which was so needed. And Josh with the electrical team answered all my detailed questions with patience and kindness which helped me learn so much. He was even so helpful finding a solution when one of the pieces to our new light fixtures were missing. I wanted to call out these techs because they were so great to work with.

We've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors since moving to Bend, but these guys have never let us down. I'm just mad we didn't find them first to save us from the shenanigans of other companies. They have helped with several projects at our home, are incredibly fast to respond, and everyone we've had here has been awesome to work with. Funny, kind, and respectful as well as knowledgeable in their fields. Every contracting company should strive to operate like these guys. Would give 6 stars if it was possible.

Central Oregon Heating & Cooling technician Jim Lovett came out and serviced our Heat & Glo gas fireplace. General maintenance and cleaning. Did a great job and even got the Intellifire app operating!! Timely, cost efficient and polite. Highly recommend!
