Contracted the fine folks at Sentinel to replace 2 hose bibs and a leaking bathroom faucet. Perry gave a bid that was very reasonable. Scheduling with Nicome was a dream. On service day, we had identified another issue with our kitchen si k and Dylan was able to help out with that while remaining personable and informative. I definitely know who to rely on!

George responds quickly to messages and does not procrastinate. He has been my hot water heating service pro for several years. Most recently he has been over 3X first to diagnose an esoteric issue with the boiler and 2X today to run additional tests, get parts and install. I'm back with heat and domestic hot water.

Sentinel mechanical was willing to come diagnosis my problem with my radiant floor heating system within a few days and then was able to put an entire new system in within a week where other companies told me it would be a month before they could even come diagnosis my issue. had no heat while 20 degrees outside at this time. We had Sentinel Mechanical Plumbing & Heating come and fix our temperature control unit for our heater. Although we didn't know that was the problem at the time, our technician Esa, was very thorough making sure that everything was checked out before making a final decision. He even had to unload my very packed closet to get to the area he needed to work on and did it without complaint! Good guy, very friendly, and knowledgeable.
