Called them for an estimate, Jacob came and had a friendly and professional demeanor, I explained what I wanted and he asked pertinent questions, looked around and had an estimate that was very close to what I had expected, we scheduled that service date. Fast forward a week….Jakob the service/installer came in and was great, had a look around, asked some confirming questions regarding the scope of work and got to it. Was a great experience, in the end he provided me with detailed report of what he accomplished and a series of photos that documented his work…couldn’t be happier, strong work!

Austin with Hellgate Plumbing was awesome! Very professional and helpful. The company was extremely communicative and we were always kept up to date on time frames. They then stuck to those time frames and showed up on time everytime. We had him install a new water heater and a few miscellaneous things around our house. We are very happy with all the work. We will continue using them for any of our plumbing/heating needs. Highly recommend this company!

I'm blown away by the service these guys provided! I called with an A/C issue and a request for service two days ago, they got me on the schedule right away. They communicated multiple times to let me know they would be here for the appointment. I received a call 30 minutes before the tech arrived. When he got here, he got right to work, diagnosed the problem. And have me multiple options for the repairs. He was done in under an hour, and everything is working perfectly. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable, left the job site clean, and was a joy to work with. I will definitely be using Hellgate for any future work.

Our 14 year old hot water heater was leaking and not heating our water efficiently anymore. The technician, Henry, did an excellent job of analyzing the problem, communicating what needed to be done, and explaining our cost options for a new water heater.
