I am very happy with the work that Jeff did. He noticed I did not have a water shut off valve and asked if I would like him to install one. He explained the process and the amount I would be charged. I had him put the valve in. Jeff was very polite and cleaned any mess up he made. I enjoyed watching him work and very happy with everything. He was great.

The Plumb-Tech staff was great to work with! They always made sure that I was aware that a tech was on their way. Jason actually came over, free of charge and looked at the job and gave us a fair quote with applicable discounts! He made sure I had a complete understanding of what needed to be done and supplied us with a quote quickly. Jeff was amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was courteous, informative and did a great job on the water heater and the fabricated exhaust that he made! I heartily recommend Plumb-Tech for all of your plumbing needs! They will be our first call the next time we need a plumber!

Poor service. Jeff charged me for a job that he did not complete. I now have to call another company to do the job. He didn’t even try to snake from the roof after I suggested it. That is how I have had clogs removed before. I would not recommend this company for future service. They will charge you and not complete the work. Jeff also broke the drain to my sink and did not bother to replace it

Very good company! Aside from some scheduling issues, they were promo and professional. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Noah came to fix a leak from our shower into the crawl space. Noah is extremely friendly, helpful, considerate, answered all of our questions and did a great job! He even cleaned up the mess when he was finished. Noah knows what he is doing and did it in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Noah for plumbing needs!

Great experience with Plumb Tech! Haley and Laurel helped book the appointment and were kind and helpful. Jason O. did the assessment and was fair and friendly. Jason F. and Nate did the work and were able to come less than 24 hours of me booking. They were efficient, professional, and considerate - before locking the door behind them, they thought to nicely fold the towels I had placed on the ground to protect the carpet! They replaced my leaky outdoor faucet within an hour and sent pictures of the results. The faucet is working beautifully. I am so grateful to everyone at Plumb Tech from start to finish! Very impressed and would recommend! Thank you, all!
