The service tech Brian was fantastic. He was extremely detailed, thorough and gave us multiple options to consider. We have a complex geothermal system with radiant heat and the A/C was having issues. He got us up and running the same day and was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend

I am a big supporter of Garden City and Plumbing. They replaced our heating system 3 years ago and demonstrated a high degree of experience and professionalism. I recently called them to address a leak, possibly from my shower. I was very pleased and impressed by Alex who spent a lot of time and effort in establishing the cause of the leak, which turned out to be a problem with our shower installation and not a true plumbing problem. However, in finding the problem, two holes had to be cut into our dry wall. I was expecting this possibility so I wasn't worried. What did bother me was that Garden City could not repair the dry wall. I understand that this may not be part of their services, but if you are advertising yourself as a plumbing company then I believe you should have a solution for repairing dry wall that has to be removed to find a problem. At the very least have a subcontractor to recommend. I now have two holes in my drywall and am trying to find someone I can trust to repair them.

We have been customers of GC for many years and are always satisfied with their work. I recommend them very highly!

When my air conditioning suddenly stopped working on a hot August day, I called Garden City. Kyle arrived promptly and had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than an hour. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend Garden City and Kyle to anyone.
