The office called to say the technician was on his way, well within the scheduled time frame. The technician, Eric, was very polite and professional. He took care of the issue we were having with the floor drain taking extra effort not to make a mess and cleaned every thing up afterword. Price was as expected. Would use them again and definitely recommend.

The Roto-Rooter service people are always patient and understanding about our old house, messy basement and steep stairs! We have been using Roto-Rooter at least twice a year for the past 30 years or so, and have always been very pleased with their work and professionalism. Don't know if we could live in the Tree Streets without them!
