Our tankless water heater went out a few days before Christmas. Our out-of-town families were to start arriving on 12/22/24. I called Scramlin, spoke to Kathy, and she sent out Neil who arrived on Thursday, 12/19. Neil was great! He diagnosed the problem, and said that it would be doubtful that they could fix it before Monday due to needing parts. THE NEXT DAY, on Friday, Kathy called and said that Neil would be out to do the repair that afternoon - which he did. Scramlin's customer service and technical expertise were great. I was happy with the price.

I've had Scramlin come out to do work on my home, and I've since recommended them for clients. They're easy to work with, well priced, and they know their stuff. I won't hesitate to call them again when the need arises!

Jesse from Scramlin came out to help us with a drainage issue in our guest bathroom. He was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue, courteous to our home and pets, and cleaned up once the job was complete. If I could give 6 stars I would, amazing service!
