Scott Plumbing and Heating

This company was assigned to me by American Water Resources. Two technicians came out but said they were unable to diagnose the problem without putting a camera down my sewer line. I asked how much it would cost if the warranty didn’t cover the camera, and one of them told me it would be $250. He said to contact them to schedule the camera inspection, and they would come out. The warranty company later informed me that they wouldn’t cover the camera inspection, only any necessary repairs if a problem was found. So, I called the company to schedule the camera inspection, but they told me they don’t actually offer that service. I was confused because that’s not what they said during the visit. The technician then said he would call the warranty company and get back to me. He never called back, and he ignored my calls and texts. Even the warranty company tried to reach them, but they were ignored as well. Very unprofessional!

We had a main Val leak over the weekend. Of course major problems happen late on a sat. I was scheduled an appt 8am Sun with Scott Plumbing and Heating through AWR. Tyson showed up at my house on time. I looked at him and thought will he even know what he’s doing! He looked too young to have any experience! It didn’t take Tyson long to figure out the problem nor to figure out another issue we had outside with a pipe. I was very pleased with Tyson and his assistant that was working with him! They were very polite and knowledgeable! The statement that “looks can be deceiving” is a true statement! I would highly recommend Scott Plumbing and Hearting!

Hired them through American Water Resources. Reported to them in advance that main line from the kitchen clogged. Their plumbing guy came in and requested to see kitchen, I don’t know why???. Told us that kitchen line is not covered and requested $160. Another plumbing company came next day through AWR and opened main line outside in the driveway. Snake it in and done in 15 minutes. Please don’t hire Scott, bad experience.

Scott Plumbing from the telephone receptionist to the plumbers was very professional and courteous. They were efficient and gave top-quality work selecting and installing a water heater. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service provided by Scott Plumbing. After some initial confusion caused by AWR, Scott was dispatched to make the repair. They were professional from start to finish: Augustus arrived on time, assessed the issue and completed the repair with no issues.
